Biography
Dr. Adrienne Bey is a Delaware native and a graduate of the University of Delaware, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Sciences from the College of Human Services, Education, and Public Policy. She also holds a Master of Social Work degree from Delaware State University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Delaware.
Dr. Bey’s professional credentials include: Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP), Certified Co-Occurring Disorders Professional Diplomate (CCDP-D), Human Services Board Certified Practitioner (HS-BCP), Certified Clinical Supervisor, and Certified Diversity Training Leader. She also holds a diploma in Biblical Counseling and numerous professional certifications in areas such as Leadership, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI), PREPARE/ENRICH Pre-Marital Assessment, Parent Education, Nonprofit Management, Faith-Based Community & Economic Development, Conflict Resolution, and Teaching and Learning in Higher Education.
Currently, Dr. Bey holds the academic rank of Professor and is the Dean of the College of Social & Behavioral Sciences at 成人抖音破解版. She is also the NCAA Athletics Diversity and Inclusion Designee (ADID) for 成人抖音破解版 Athletics. Her previous roles at 成人抖音破解版 include Director of the Center for Teaching Excellence, Chair of the M.S. program in Administration of Human Services, and adjunct faculty member in the Elementary and Secondary School Counseling Master’s program.
Dr. Bey founded and advised 成人抖音破解版’s Nu Chapter of Tau Upsilon Alpha National Human Services Honor Society (TUA) for 11 years. TUA promotes academic excellence, leadership, and service to humanity. She also served as Secretary on the national TUA executive committee for several years.
Dr. Bey’s dedication to the field of human services is further reflected in her 11 years of dedicated service to the Council for Standards in Human Services Education (CSHSE), where she held roles as Self-study Reader/Site Visitor, Mid-Atlantic Regional Director, and Treasurer. CSHSE is the only national accrediting body for human service degree programs and is recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
In 2015, Dr. Bey founded the 成人抖音破解版 Toastmasters Club, and in 2023, she was honored as a Delaware American Council on Education Women’s Network (DAWN) Visionary.
As a consultant, Dr. Bey offers services in DEI consultation, clinical supervision, mental health technical assistance, strategic planning, program development, motivational speaking, and parent education. She has partnered with organizations across the Tri-State area and beyond to deliver impactful training and workshops. Her areas of specialization include Cultural Competency Training, Clinical Counseling, Parent Education, Nonprofit Management, Program Development, and Executive Coaching.
